I come from a strong sporting background from a young age. Starting with SASI gymnastics when I was young, I moved through many competitive sports including swimming, tennis, soccer, badminton, volleyball. My forte was gymnastics, until injuries took me out and I moved on to swimming competitively.

I've been involved in swimming since I was 7 or so and have been a swimming coach and instructor since 2006, and I have been a member of the Adelaide Univeristy Blacks Womens soccer team since 2009.

I studied a variety of subjects at university the most practical being psychology which has helped me get into the mind of the athlete. My other degrees and study achievements helped me focus and learn about human behaviour which has become an asset over the past few years.

I gave the 'real world' a shot in politics and police but the lack of creativity or hands on work combined with being in an office on the computer all day just didn't sit quite right with me so I moved on. A chance introductory opportunity to massage came up and I jumped at it. I gained my Diploma in Remedial Massage through the Australian College of Massage, joined the AAMT (Australian Association of Massage Therapists) and now I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science part time.

I hope that I can help you on your journey, and you with mine - live life to the max!
